About Dan

Dan Brennan joined Larsen Commercial in 2003 and has been involved in more than 400 tenant representation transactions including the 70,000 sf headquarters relocation of Software AG. the 100,000 sq. ft. headquarters of Network Solutions (Web.com) and many large locations for Allios. Additionally, he has sublet more than 70 blocks of sublet space. Prior to this Dan completed more than 180 transactions at ProLogis, the world’s largest industrial real estate investment trust. While there, Dan oversaw the marketing and leasing of their entire Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC portfolio of 2.5 million square feet of leased space.
