Challenge:

FDM, a London-based training firm, desired to expand into a new market with a location in the Washington DC metro area.

Solution:

Larsen Commercial was retained to sort through the demographic and locational challenges of where to locate the new FDC Global facility.  After examining downtown Washington D.C., and the areas immediately adjacent to DC, we determined a sublease from another training firm in Reston Town Center would adequately get FDC started. We located the space, negotiated the lease terms, and then secured an architect and construction firm for FDC Global's market expansion.
