Global Crossing

Challenge:

Global Crossing needed a mission-critical, new web hosting facility for their rapidly growing business.  Their current facilities were at peak loads so they needed to expand.

Solution:

After helping Global Crossing previously negotiate four data center leases in the last 2 years, we were asked to help them locate a space that would accommodate their recent growth. Together, we negotiated a 137,000 sq. ft. warehouse lease for a conversion to a state-of-the-art data center in Herndon, VA.  We helped procure the site and executed the lease within 8 weeks of our initial engagement, which included the evaluation of telecom, power, water and financial incentives.
