Challenge:

As a rapidly growing bank, MainStreet Bank desired to expand its reach west into historic Leesburg, VA with a new branch office, business development and mortgage operations.

Solution:

MainStreet engaged Larsen to achieve their desired goals and we examined multiple types of facilities in the historic district. Ultimately the purchase of a "house-style" commercial building was contracted for MainStreet Bank's ownership.
