The National Academy of Sciences (NAS) had a printing plant lease expiring and wished to remain in the facility.

Solution

NAS engaged the Larsen team to negotiate a favorable extension. Larsen surveyed and toured the market to create competition, retained an architect and engineer to verify technical suitability; then used the information garnered to negotiate a new 10-year term with the current landlord, complete with a new roof and other substantial upgrades.
