Challenge:

The National Academy of Sciences (NAS) needed to renegotiate two existing office leases, each with a separate owner, to coincide with their new build-to-suit occupancy date.  

Solution:

NAS engaged Larsen Commercial to confidentially renegotiate terms without revealing the need for both leases to the two separate landlords. Larsen successfully and confidentially renegotiated the leases and preserved NAS' negotiation position.
