TRW (Northrop Grumman) - Fairfax

Challenge:

Ten years in an existing lease, TRW (now Northrop Grumman faced a renegotiation of a 57,000 sq. ft. building.  After negotiating directly with the landlord for many months, they were not satisfied with the results.

Solution:

TRW retained the Larsen team to take over the negotiations with the existing landlord, which  resulted in $3 million worth of savings over the next 10 years.
