Challenge:

Novant Health Systems, a very large hospital system based in North Carolina, was searching for an on-going brokerage relationship in Northern Virginia to handle all of their real estate needs. The system owns three Northern Virginia hospitals and has over 20 affiliated medical practitioner offices.

Solution:

After a competitive process, Larsen Commercial was awarded to be the tenant representative for Novant. They determined that retaining a smaller, highly specialized firm, would correctly put their needs at the forefront of brokerage's attention. Since then, we have located, negotiated and renegotiated approximately 15 transactions from as small as 1,000 sq. ft. to as large as a full office building.
