Challenge:

Novell, working with their out-of-town advisors, was seeking to do a sale-leaseback of their 100,000 sq. ft. building in Herndon, Virginia.

Solution:

Larsen gathered information and presented a qualified buyer to Novell. Novell executed a new 50,000 sq. ft. lease and the building was sold to an investor buyer.
