Challenge:

Orbcomm desired to separate from their parent organization and locate to a new headquarters in Herndon, VA.  As a building-limiting factor, they also need to be able to accommodate lab space and mount 50 separate antennas on the office rooftop, making this a difficult transaction for any landlord to accept.

Solution:

The Larsen team performed a market search and uncovered multiple options. We issued RFPs, analyzed proposals, and negotiated with each building owner.  Ultimately, a high quality, two-story flex building was selected and leased by Orbcomm.
