Software AG

Challenge:

Software AG needed to sublease approximately 50,000 sf in two adjacent buildings in Reston, VA.  The remaining lease duration was less than 3 years, which is a very difficult short term.

Solution:

Larsen Commercial was engaged and negotiated 17 separate subleases.  We assisted Software AG in overseeing the architect and construction of both of the spaces. We also drafted and negotiated each sublease document with the oversight of Software AG's internal counsel.
